8. Data Retention

7711php retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your active account, and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
• KYC and identity verification data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of verification, or longer if required by the Anti-Money Laundering Council or other regulatory authority.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 and PAGCOR regulations.
• Support communications: Retained for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of the last communication, for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes.
• Technical and usage data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, after which it is anonymised or deleted.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with NPC guidelines on data disposal. Where data is required for ongoing legal proceedings or regulatory investigations, retention will be extended until those matters are resolved.

12. Children's Privacy and Age Restrictions

The 7711php platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a person under 21 has registered an account on the 7711php platform or provided us with personal data, please contact our support team immediately. Upon verification, we will promptly close the account, delete all associated personal data, and return any deposits in accordance with applicable regulations.
